Maria & Mohit’s Convent de Blanes Wedding

Maria from Korea and Mohit from India came all the way from Philadelphia to celebrate the wedding. They were such a special couple and they dreamt of a venue full of history and charm. The planning took place over almost 2 years because their original date was postponed. But this just meant we had even more time to put more love into their wedding design for this Convent de Blanes wedding!

The Convent of Blanes is a heritage site and was built in 1583. The setting is like no other, with spectacular views over the mediterranean sea and surrounded by aromatic plants, pine trees and many hydrangeas. Blanes is an amazing place to base your destination wedding group, especially if your dates coincide with the International Fireworks Competition which takes places in Blanes every July. Another of the beautiful attractions of Blanes is the Marimurtra Botanical Gardens which is the ideal spot for a first look or pre wedding wedding shoot.
