Rebecca is the best thing that can happen to you if you plan to get married.
She made our crazy dream come true, and everything was beyond our expectations.

My husband and I live in London and we both work in quite demanding industries, so clearly, we couldn’t have done it without her.
But hiring Rebecca is not only about saving you time. She is creative, astute, crafty, inventive, patient, organised, smart and incredibly positive and smiley.

She is truly passionate about her job and is a rare mix of a creative mind paired with a pragmatic thinking. Not only will she ease the entire process by negotiating with your vendors, thinking of all the important details, helping you with the deadlines etc but she will also add a lot of creative values to the final result. You just have to trust her.

Rebecca is a gem, both as a professional and as a person. You can tell she truly cares about the people around her, whether they are a client or a partner, which probably explains why she manages to gather the best people around her, those who will happily go the extra mile to bring your wedding vision to life.

PERFECT!

My husband and I are from the UK and booked Rebecca to help us organise our wedding just outside Barcelona. From start to finish she has been so professional – nothing is too much to ask. We had an initial call and then followed up with a visit, and she knew exactly what we wanted. We had a venue I couldn’t have even dreamed of!

She is so organised, and uses a great online tool which allows you to keep track of your budget, payments, guest list, ideas and decor, and table planning.

Her team are great, and they did everything from making some of the little personal things I wanted (bespoke signs,seating plans) to taking us menu tasting and for hair and makeup trials in Barcelona.

My advice to any brides looking to book a wedding planner is to pick someone you feel comfortable being totally honest with about what you want, and Rebecca was that person for me. She worked within our budget to give us the perfect day (and day before for our welcome party). On the day, she was calm and super organised. Despite being 8 months pregnant she stayed with the wedding party until the end of the night to make sure every detail was on point. What a woman!

Becky, Gaby, and the whole team were beyond incredible. From the moment we met them we knew we were in great hands. When we got engaged we knew we wanted a different wedding and Becky saw what we were dreaming of before we did! When we met Becky and Gaby we were a little lost to what kind of wedding we wanted, all we knew was that we wanted to get married in a real castle and did they deliver! Becky had planned for us to see 3 castles, all with beautiful histories and stories to tell. When we saw the first castle, it was love at first sight and we knew we had to get married there, it was everything we wanted: 11th century ( very old), lots of history, on a cliff facing the Mediterranean Sea, and very rustic. The whole planning process was so smooth and she was such a guidance throughout it all, I did not feel like a bridezilla throughout the process and enjoyed the whole planning. Our guests were in awe of everything: the venue, fantastic food, flowers, and details; many saying that they had never been to such a beautiful wedding. Thank you Becky for making our wedding dreams come true, it was truly blissful and we could not have asked for a more perfect day. If we could give 20 stars we would in a heartbeat!

Karri and Thuy’s Fall Beach Wedding

We came all the way from Finland to Barcelona to celebrate our wedding and Barcelona Brides gave us an absolutely amazing wedding. Despite our distance, Rebecca and her team did a very great job on planning and organising our wedding from beginning to the end. We were living in Barcelona when we decided we wanted to get married there. We booked our venue and were about half way with our plans when circumstances changed and we moved back to the UK. We were struggling to find catering options and really wanted someone to be there on the day to just ensure things went smoothly. I found Rebecca through recommendations on Facebook. After and initial enquiry she sent across a personalised plan based on my answers to a questionnaire. The details was really good and I instantly felt reassured that she cared and was genuinely pleased to help.
Rebecca was straight to work finding catering options she came with us to tastings in Barcelona, drove us to our venue and organised a makeup trial. We had such a great weekend with Rebecca, it felt like having a weekend away with your friend. She is so lovely and kind, funny and genuine and I feel like we have become friends more than a planner/bride relationship.
Myself and now husband have worked in the wedding industry for a long time now, attending hundreds of weddings and we feel so happy and satisfied that our wedding was everything we wanted and more. Our guests have told us they had the best weekend of there lives and that it was the best wedding they have ever been too. We feel so thrilled to hear that from them.

I just wanted to take the time to tell you that our wedding day was without a doubt the absolute best day of our lives. I know a lot of people use that cliche when talking about their wedding day but we really mean it! It was more than anything we ever wanted it to be and that was down to all your hard work and dedication to what we envisioned for the day. Your team is just amazing – particularly Gaby, she had to contend with that weird, angry little priest as well as a pile of drunken Irish folk! She was a star!

You really got to know us, know our likes and dislikes and it all came together so perfectly.

I can’t believe how smoothly it all ran, especially when there were so many factors and companies and people involved – all of the staff worked so hard to make it come together and as it seemed to us, without any hassle or difficulties. Every single person involved deserves to be commended.

The decor and flowers were absolutely stunning from start to finish – from the bouquet, bridesmaids hoops, the boutonnières, to the ceremony and the reception – just stunning! Everyone commented on the door as the table plan – which we would’ve loved to have brought home as a memento but I don’t think we could’ve carried much more lol!

Ultimately it is you who brought all of these people together to make our dreams come true, so you’re the most important person to thank. I feel like I’ve made a real friend this past year and I’ve no doubt we’ll keep in touch – we’re regular visitors to Barcelona so we’ll be looking you up when we’re there and maybe next time we’ll get to meet your baby boy! Such happy and exciting times ahead for you and Ivan and we couldn’t think of two people who deserve it more 🙂
